1. What’s Visa letter?
Visa approval letter is The Letter issued by the Vietnamese Immigration Department that allows you to enter and exit Vietnam for a given time period.

2. Required information to apply Visa letter
After booking is made, please send us your necessary details for visa process as following:
Passport copy or Passport scans with information
Name on passport

Nationality

3. Visa letter Fee
The Visa Letter fee is 15 USD/person / 1 month single entry (30 days) for normal process

Visa Stamp Fee: When you already got the Visa Letter, At the Airport, you will pay for custom the Visa fee is 25 USD/person / 1 month single entry and 50 USD/person for 1 month multiple entry. The stamp fee must be in cash in USD, no credit cards are accepted. Please make sure you prepare the cash with you.
4. How to get Visa on arrival
After you receiving Visa letter please prepare some documents before flight as following:
+ Print out the Letter and the Application Form.
+ Fill out the Application Form.( will be sent with Visa letter)
+ Prepare 2 passport sized photos (4x6cm).
When you arrive at the airport, present your passport, the Visa -approved letter, Visa application, 25 or 50 USD cash for stamping fee and two (2) passport photos (4cm x 6cm) to obtain the visa stamp.
Please be aware that sometimes there can be long queues at the airport when obtaining a visa on arrival, however in general the queues move fairly quickly and it takes you around 40 to 60 minutes at the queue.
*** Note: Please make sure your passport is valid more than 6 months from the date of arrival in Vietnam. Also, make sure you have at least two blank pages for Vietnam Stamp Visa.
