“ We did a two day, one night cruise of Ha Long Bay on Capella Cruise. We’re were picked up at our hotel in Ha Noi and driven to Ha Long in a comfortable van. The shore crew was very well organized and we were shuttled to the ship in a tender boat. We were fed a delicious lunch while sailing to our day spot. Once there, we kayaked and our adult kids rode the water slide. Every detail was taken care of and it all went smoothly. The ship was clean, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The scenery is just so so gorgeous! There is a swimming pool and hot tub too! They had a cooking demonstration that we accidentally participated in because we were sitting at the right spot at the right time. It was quite entertaining and fun! Tasty too! Dinner was elegant and delicious. We slept well and got up early for the morning excursion to the water cave (sorry for forgetting the name). We had the option of a boat or kayak. We took the kayaks. Another stunning scene! The extra treat was seeing monkeys playing on the island right outside the cave! Once we got back on board, we started our journey back. Too soon. Disembarking was very organized and they had us in our way back to Hanoi seamlessly. At every turn, the crew was professional, capable, friendly and courteous. The food was delicious for all our meals. My husband and I have been on a luxury cruise before and the Capella Cruise is definitely in the same league. Everyone on our cruise enjoyed themselves from what I could see. We had a fantastic, unforgettable experience and heartily recommend Capella Cruise. As a note, I get seasick easily but these waters were quite calm. I did get a skin patch just in case and felt fine. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Highly recommended!
