1. New Michelin-style À La Carte Dinner Menu

Aiming to bring a better experience and leave a deeper impression on guests using the Ambassador overnight cruise service, Ambassador Cruise Line is going to launch a new Michelin-style À La Carte dinner menu in collaboration with the French Michelin-starred chef, Mr. David Gallienne, on the Ambassador Signature Cruise sailing on Lan Ha Bay. You will embark on a brand-new culinary voyage with Ambassador Signature Cruise, effective January 5, 2024.

2. Upgraded Vietnamese Seafood Buffet Lunch Menu

Ambassador Cruises, including Ambassador Cruise in Halong Bay and Ambassador Signature Cruise in Lan Ha Bay, unveiled an enhanced Vietnamese seafood buffet lunch menu starting December 25, 2023. It’s time to savor the authentic tastes of Vietnamese cuisine that have been thoughtfully curated by Ambassador Cruise chefs, who place a high value on using locally sourced ingredients.

To craft the most perfect menu, Head Chef Gia Thien and Chef Nguyen Ngoc Son had intensive training with Star Chef David Gallienne in the French culinary capital in the summer of 2023.
